Fun time at Haagen Dazz

See, I must be fall in love with Haagen Dazz! i keep on telling hubs that how yummy the taste of ice-cream from Haagen Dazz. I wish my son would get a chance to have a taste! Finally after dinner, hubby plans to bring us there together with my in-laws & maid. Surely we are not driving all the way to Bellisa Roll in Penang. We just go to the Haagen Dazz in Auto City. Honestly tell you, the environment there are much more comfortable with all the glass windows around. We can look through the window for outside view. Comparing with the one in Penang, this one are more crowded with customers. This is the first time I have been there & they do provide Wi-Fi service too. Hubby is happy with it as he can follow up with his incoming mail without wasting time while enjoying the yummy ice-cream. Real cool!

I order a set of chocolate dip & mocha coffee for my MIL who doesn’t like chocolate. How waste that she does not know how to appreciate the thick & creamy chocolate with ice-cream & fruits. As hubby is so busy replying mail while FIL busy entertained my little cheeky, I’m the one end up to finish all! Oh no……fat fat fat again! Geee…how can I resist such temptation? Err…….!
My son surely gets a few spoonful of ice-cream feeding by his grandpa. Not to mention that this little fella enjoying a small piece if sponge cake as well. He’ even demands for more & more. With the help of grandpa, my little darling manages to stand on the sofa while playing with the flyers on the rack behind the sofa. He really enjoy until forget of his milky time that he usually request for it around that time. Surely, mummy never forgets it. I make him a bottle of milk & feed him over there before going home. He bottom-up his milk & drinks a lot of water too. I know he is very sleepy after having his milk but he still wanna play with grandpa. However, he sleep all the way home once we get into the car.

Pamper by ah kong

Edward only back to Butterworth once a week or twice in a month as I have to work on every alternate Saturday. My in-laws always urge me & hubby to bring him home more often so Edward will be much closer with them. I know they love my little darling so much but what to do if I have to work? It’s really tired to bring him home as we have to pack a lot of his things together with his favourite walker.
Every time when we are home, my in-law sure waited for this little darling. My FIL will forgone of his “night life” with friends to accompany his darling grandson. He will carry him, play with him & take him a stroll in the garden. See, how “hang fuk” my little darling! We usually bring Edward with my in-laws for some fun time in Auto-City and all of us enjoy so much. My FIL even feed Edward with whatever nice to eat. Surely this little cranky is happy with it as mummy always control of his food’s intake. So long the portion is not that much, mummy is ok with it as mummy do not want to spoil the mood of a grandpa who always pamper his grandson.

Loving day!

Following from the “siu pau” treat yesterday, hubby offer to fetch me to work this morning. Dare tell you that it has been so long that hubby did not fetch me to work after given birth to Edward. I can’t blaming as hubby is the one to take care of Edward & feed him milk whenever he cries for it. I was thankful to hubby because with his helping hand, I manage to get more sleep at night.

I feel touching when hubby wakes up early in the morning to send me to office. On top of that, he buys me breakfast too! He buy me my favourite toast bread from Bayan Lepas which is quite a distance from my office. Really “kam tong” (touching)!

Hubby brings me for lunch at Manila Place after work. We enjoy the food there but never forget to utilize the Wi-Fi service there. I manage to post my blog & check my mail too because I hardly do it at home with Edward around. After that, hubby accompany me shopping at Gurney Plaza & bought some new clothes for my little darling.

Opps……what a wonderful loving day!

Hot pau from daddy

After patting Edward to sleep, finally I can call it a day & quickly get myself a beauty sleep as soon as I can. Arrg……..so tired today! Furthermore, I have to work on tomorrow i.e., Saturday! I hate it!!!!!!

Without waiting for daddy coming home, I almost zzzZZZ. Not more then 10 minutes, I hear my dear calling me softly because he does not want to disturb the little cranky who just fall asleep. Geeee……..,what’s the thing that hubby call me? I’m on my way to meet my handsome price. Hubby shows me a yellow box & making a sign of “eat”. I know hubby must be buying me supper again. It’s my favourite “siu pau”! Oh, i can’t resist it! I must eat at least one even I keep on yelling for keep-fit. Hubby is the one who always make my diet plan fail. He always buys me supper whenever he went out at night.

After taking one and a half of “siu pau”, I better don’t sleep that immediately. I must let it digest 1^st. since I cannot sleep yet, what’s much more interesting than blogging ler? That’s why I’m still here to share my thoughts. hahahaha!

Daddy is beating Edward

All of us in the house love Edward so much especially my aunty who always praises my son for whatever he done, even to his wrong doing. Surely nobody in the house beat neither scold him. Maybe he’s the youngest among all & our house did not have any children other then him. He’s just like a prince in my family. Everyone love him and care for him very much!

Here's my story begins:-

Hubby back home quite early today. But we do not back to Butterworth as I have to work the next day. Edward plays around in the living hall as usual, running here & there happily. We give some toys on the tray of his walker so he can enjoy it further more. He may demand for carry at some time but anyway he behaves very well that evening.
He plays until he gets tired & sits back to his walker, so sudden he put his hand into his mouth, maybe its just a way to sooth his tiredness. My hubby noticed it & asks him to take out his hand. He looks at my hubby & continuously sucking his yummy Kentucky. My hubby call him twice but he just ignore him. He keeps on enjoying his yummy treats. Hubby immediately put away the newspaper on his hand & moves to the side of this little fella. Hubby takes out his hand & beat him but my son immediately put his hand into the mouth again when hubby let got of his hand. Surely hubby is going to beat him again and this time he wails his lung out but he did not ask for help even hubby keep on telling him that he can get comfort from mummy. To all of our surprise, he raise both his hand towards daddy while he still crying. After a while, daddy also feels pitiful of how he cries. Instead of scolding him, daddy has to console him & explain to him that it’s unhygienic of putting hand into mouth. I’m not sure Edward understand or not but he stop crying after a while & play happily again with us. Actually my heart really painful when I see him wail out his lung when daddy beats him but I know I cannot side him if he’s really wrong doing. We as a parent cannot spoilt our children even we love them so much. Now, he’s still so small to understand what we explain to him but if grows older we must explain the right & wrong to him instead of punish him. Am I right? Is anyone there to share with me the right ways of mothering?

Pulling my earring

Continue from my last update, my son really aggressive in pulling things especially when it comes to those bright & shinny items. This is how it happens just now! I was carrying him after back from work, without having a change with earring & necklace on; happily play with him by carrying him up-side-down. He was so excited & laughing loudly when I put him to the very top of how I manage to, so sudden I felt very painful from my left ear, as if my a deep cut to my ear lope. Without noticing that my son’s hand is still on my earring, I quickly put down my son. There only I realized it, hopefully it’s not too late yet. I try to make his hand let go of my earring and immediately ask my mother to look after him then rushing to the mirror with a damp pain on my ear lope. sob sob sob…..

Oh no, my ear is so reddish! Luckily there’s no blood flowing out but it’s really painful. I took off the earring & put some oilmen on it. After that, I back to play with my son again without scolding him. (suppose to scold him if he’s not my precious baby. see, i spoil my son too! what to do, his smile really makes me cool down & even feel better with the pain) When I try to hug him, I notice him pulling my necklace with a diamond pendant. Now only I realize that he likes those shiny shiny things! Edward, mummy never knows that guys also like diamond. Mummy thought its only girl’s best friend. Who knows maybe my son is going to be the famous diamond designer? slap slap, day dream again!

Haagen Dazz

After having chocolate dip with ice-cream at Swenson on last week, I can’t resist the yummy chocolate taste which always put on my mind for it. Oh…, I can’t stop thinking of it! Gee….., i must have it by today! Before off from work, I quickly call one of my best friends, i.e., Mei Ling to join me for this yummy treats. I know she likes chocolate very much too!

Both of us love it so much as the portion of chocolates they serves is much more comparing with Swenson. However, the price is definitely much more expensive too. It serves with apple, banana, strawberries, mini cakes, oreo biscuits, chocolate sticks & of course the best of the best ice-cream from Haagen Dazz with 4 different flavour. Sound attractive & yummy to taste, correct? Opps……my saliva is dripping again.

Pulling of everything

Apart from sitting on his own, his new development is trying to pull whatever things that catch his interest. Of course my mum & aunty will be the victim of this new development. How pity of my mother & aunty! This little fella love to pull my aunty blouse from the sewing machine which my aunty hangs it there. Once he get it, he will happily pull it up & down to show us his cheeky face that makes us laugh. Besides that, this little fella manages to pull a kg of biscuits from the table & carry it on his hand. Once I has saw him carried a plastic bag which is full of 5 big dumplings. He is really strong enough to carry out whatever things that comes to him. He will normally show us a victory smile when he gets something which he wanted.

It’s good too, so he will help mummy to carry all those shopping bags when he grows up. (seems still long way to go, huh? mummy must be old then, how to shop anymore with a big & clumsy look? bleh bleh bleh) As long as my lil prince is growing up healthily & smart, mummy would be very happy with it.

Sit on own

Wow, it’s another milestone for my lil prince today. I notice him started to balance himself by sitting on his own. It’s really cute of his act, especially when he smiles towards you! Since he’s only 6 month plus, my aunty do not want to let him sitting too long as according to her that Edward’s back bone still not that strong yet. Therefore, we will let him sitting on & off while playing with him. He enjoys so much with his new explore by showing us numerous funny act like raising both his hand very high.
I think it’s every parents happiness when discover their child’s new development. So am i! I’m sure hubby must be very happy if tell him later. How nice if my son knows how to walk? See, I’m really a crazy mummy, who expects his son to walk at the month of six. Hahaha!
Edward, well done! Mummy believe that you will show us with more & more development from every now & then. Yes, you can do it. I love you, mummy’s precious diamond!

Waiting for daddy

Daddy has been very busy from every now & then due to the current expansion of his business, therefore daddy always coming home late for dinner. My cheeky son miss him so much as he normally fell asleep before daddy’s back from work. Not to mention that I really miss hubby too! But, what to do? Daddy has to work hard to give baby & mummy a better life style. Furthermore, we have a lot of commitments too! I must be satisfied as hubby still spends time with us on weekends.

Little Edward is waiting for daddy & reluctant to sleep as usual. No matter how the ways I put him into the cradle, he still crying & twisting his body from left to right. I might be very angry over his misbehave but rethink back how pitiful that he miss his daddy so much, I try to console him by telling him that daddy will be there after he sleep. I even tell him daddy will meet him in the zzZZ land & he’ll see daddy face early tomorrow morning. I’m not sure whether he understand or not but its work! He finally fell to zzZZ land after his favourite lullabies.

Message to Daddy:
Edward & I miss you so much! Will you back earlier tomorrow? At least spend some time with him!

In & Out

I find one new motor skill learning by Edward today, i.e., he knows how to take out the entire block which I bought for him from Fisher-Price & put it one by one into the pail again and again. Wow, at least some improvement which I could see these days. Mummy feels really happy with it! I think I chose the right toys for his age and he seems happy to play with it since the 1st time I passed it over to him. He may throw the blocks too at some time but he would love to catch it when he drops it on the floor. Of course for sure he won’t be able to get it from the floor when he’s riding the walker but he tries very hard by turning his body to aside & lift up one side of his leg. See, how cheeky is his act? He really makes all of us laughing for non-stop. I think I can search through other toys which are suitable for him; at least he can learn something while playing.

Adapt to new toys

My little lil prince started to likes the piano which daddy bought days ago. I think daddy must be happy enough as the money worth for it. Edward will smile whenever he presses for the music. It could be because the melody is light yet sweet. I still remember how pitiful of his crying faces when we play the piano with him days ago. Funny, huh? But never mind lar, as long as he likes it, that’s ok for us. The funniest thing is we have to play the piano to stop him from crying instead of stop playing the piano when he cries.

My little Edward, mummy never expects you to become the next Mozart but just hoping that you may enjoy the music to make your days merrier. Hopefully the melody will make you cheerful all the times. Mummy love Edward so much!

Throw of everything

My mother & my aunty keep on complaining to me that my little cheeky learns to throw whatever things that reach his hand. This ends up that my mother & my aunty to be the victim of his playful attitude. However, both my mother & aunty still praise him for being so smart. See, how they spoil my son? Although that I know they love my son so much but it's really not a good way of over spoil him. This may lead him to become misbehave more in the future. My aunty always tells me that my son is too small to understand but I felt that should be ok to start teaching him lesson from now on. I think I must get some ways to stop him from throwing things. Actually, it’s really pitiful to beat his hand but at least a firm instruction is a must to let him know that what’s he does is wrong. Hopefully, this is works! Anyone there to share with me the ways to guide baby?

Cry over new toys

Early in the morning, hubby can’t wait to show his little lil prince the piano that he bought for him yesterday. My mother told me that he shows the piano once Edward wakes up from his zzZZ land. I’m sure Edward must be quite blur blur the time his daddy shows him the piano & knows nothing about what is the thing. Hubby plays the music & asks him to press on it too. However, my little Edward shows uncooperative by crying non stop which makes daddy clueless. (aiyo, daddy, u must knows that your son is very hard to accept those new thing comes to him) He needs time to get along with those new things. But to my surprise, my mother told me that he likes the block so much as he will hold it & trying to put it back to the pail. Haha, hubby must be jealous as Edward likes mine one more than his.

My mother told me that Edward would start crying whenever my mother plays the piano in front of him. Dunno how long will it take to let my little cheeky get used to the piano?

New toys for Edward

Since daddy is coming home quite early today, mummy must take this opportunity by asking daddy to bring mummy go “kai kai” as he always pile up with tones of work. Furthermore, his precious baby's rice cereal is almost run out of stock. However, we do not bring Edward along due to his yesterday's nightmare. We prefer to let him get a good rest under the care of my aunty. Hopefully he understands that mummy & daddy are not abandoning him at home but to let him get enough rest.

Once we reach Tesco, I keep telling myself that I must get some toys for my son to make him feel happy. Daddy feels the same too as both of us love our lil prince so much. The piano of Fisher-Price is very nice & it comes with a few tone of music which is an educational tool to teach toddlers ABC as well yet the price is not cheap too! Since we seldom buy Edward any toys, it's ok for us to get him this piano. Finally, daddy makes his decision to get Edward one. We hope that he likes it.

As for mummy, I buy him the Brilliant Basics Baby's First Blocks which is also from Fisher-Price. This toy is suitable for 6 months+ baby. I think my son will loves those colorful blocks which come with different shapes.

Farley's biscuits with milk

We used to let Edward drink milk every morning before taking his morning nap since he's a baby. However, we felt that it's no longer sufficient for my baby anymore as he keeps on growing from day to day. He needs more semi-solid food to make his stomach full.

I know very well about the baby biscuits as me myself love to eat too during my teenage days. It must be very weird for a teenage girl to eat baby biscuits, but I just love the taste, that's all. So far as to my concern, Farley is the best among all those brands. Therefore, I ask my hubby to get one small packets of Farley's biscuits for our little lil prince. I hope that he likes it just as mummy.

Since then, my mother will make him the biscuits dip in hot milk. He shows the sign that he loves it so much. Sometimes, my mum just skips the biscuits time when he drink his milk around nine something in the morning. This make my little cheeky reluctant to drink his milk & demand for biscuits when my mother feeds him with milk in the milk bottle. How smart my baby who knows very well to differentiates which one taste nicer! Anyways, this biscuits is good for growing up baby & it's another kind of food for my son to taste rather than cereal itself.

Nightmare

My little darling was having nightmare in the midnight after we were back from buffet dinner yesterday night. Luckily we are there for him when he suddenly cried out loudly without open his eyes with fear. At fist I was thought of normal night cries & tries to comfort him but to no avail. He keeps on crying & crying loudly until my body shaken & almost wanna follows him crying too. I know I must be strong enough as my son needs me. I tried to comfort him by carrying him walking here & there. My hubby gets my son the holy water of “tai tae yeah” & we keep on praying until he stops crying. Thanks to “tai tae yeah”. I know others may laugh at me for over superstitious, but I promise not to bring him to Batu Ferringgi anymore unless he reaches one year old. No harm of believe in such believe, am I right?

Yummy taste of cheese cake & ice-cream

As I mention earlier, my cheeky son enjoys eating ice-cream & cheese cake during the buffet dinner at Rasa Sayang Hotel. He was so happy each time me & hubby feed him with that. He will shows his smiley face & blinking eyes after each feed just to show us how much he likes it. We are so happy but I’m too scary of over feed him as I know those are heaty & is no good of consume too much. Yet, he demand it again & again after each feeding until daddy has no choice but to bring him away from the table just to distract his attention. However, those yummy cheese cake & ice-cream are the only way to keep my cheeky son sit still throughout the dinner. Everything has pros & con, therefore we parents must know the limitation without spoilt them with those junk food. We must get them the best as they know nothing at this early stage.

Message to Edward:
Little darling, do u know how much mummy cares for u? Mummy hope to get u the very best if mummy is able to as u are the precious in mummy’s heart. I love you, my lil prince.

Buffet dinner at Rasa Sayang

Hubby still owed me a nice dinner of mother's day. Therefore we plan to have our diner in Rasa Sayang as Edward never been there before. We suppose to go there after hubby back from his badminton game, but thanks to my sotong (I mean my maid), she forgotten to take out my son’s cereal from my hubby’s car after we are back from Butterworth. My hubby has to turn back when I call to inform him which he already on his halfway to Y.M.C.A. , but no choice as his precious baby wanna has his cereal time later. For me, sure it’s good! However, I know hubby must be terribly angry & blood boiling due to the careless sotong.

We went there quiet early after hubby takes a nap. However, it's all the way traffic jam up to Batu Ferringgi. Therefore, we end up arrive there late. I'm the one who are really hungry. We try to let Edward sit on the baby seat, however, he reluctant to sit still on the seat. He yelled out loudly & we end up take turns to carry him throughout the dinner. But most probably my hubby is the one to take care of him as hubby wants me to enjoy my meal there. Thanks to my loving hubby who always care so much of me!

There are varieties of foods from appetizer to main course then dessert. But my little Edward only enjoys ice-cream & cheese cake. I think it's most probably both of it are smooth in texture, so it's easy for him to swallow. For me, it doesn't matter how nice or not is the food, but it's the quality time for three of us spending together. I really appreciate & happy throughout the night. Surely, the foods are yummy to taste too!

I like this belated Mother's Day dinner as three of us enjoy so much even little Edward make some fuss there. However, it's very meaningful for me as this is the 1st Mother's Day that i spend with my cheeky son in my life time. Sound sweet? I'm looking forward for many Mother's Day to come!

Playful

Edward keen to playful nowadays & hardly get him to take either his morning or afternoon nap, no matter how much effort spending to pat him to sleep. He looks so sleepy but he insists to walk around by his walker no matter how many times I try to place him into his cradle. He would struggle by turning his body inside the cradle & cries without tears loudly. After a few attempts, I give up! Maybe he knows that we are bringing him for buffet dinner in Rasa Sayang Hotel. He must be excited as this is the 1st time we bring him there. Hopefully he won’t feel sleepy there or else he can't enjoy it.

Visit to show unit

Finally we announce to hubby’s family members that we owning another new house in Butterworth. At first we do not inform anyone as we were thought of investment. Actually, we are supposed to move to another new house instead of this one. However I felt that it’s much more meaningful for us to live in this new house as it was a present from my hubby to me for deliver such a lovely baby for him. Therefore we have to wait for another few months to move into this new house instead of moving to the other new house which OC had obtained in early.

We bring my MIL, FIL and my cheeky son to visit the show unit. This is the first time for Edward to visit the show unit even me & my hubby had visited there for a few times. My FIL told me that the house is rather big & I must hire a maid to help me in the cleaning job for forever if I were to live in. I totally agree with him as I really out of time & busy. My MIL & FIL hardly accept the concept of the design in this house as the kitchen is in the front side instead of living hall. Anyway, it looks nice in overall. My hubby bought this house just because I told him that I like it so much. It is much western look rather compare to those ordinary terrace house. Furthermore, there are facilities to enjoy for those residents. I think it’s quite worth to buy even if we not planning to live in. How about treat it as an investment?

Fun time at Swenson

My hubby who is very busy all these day, only able to spend time with me & Edward during weekend. Therefore, we treasure it so much! Since we are living in Butterworth during weekend, its really tired for us to travel to Penang just for having dinner or simply walk around. We mostly went to Auto-City in Juru as there are just like a heaven of food. A lot of famous restaurants such as Sushi King, Nondos, Flames, Haagen Dazz & etc. are available there.

This Saturday, my hubby brings me, Edward, my MIL & FIL together with my maid to Swenson which is a place famous by its ice-cream. The ice cream really yummy! We get ourselves the chocolate dip while my maid enjoying her banana split. Surely my little darling gets a few tastes of those yummy ice-creams. The cherries are really eye catching as my sons wanna grab it from his grandpa when he shows him.

Anyway it’s really fun for all of us at Swenson as we not only enjoying the yummy ice-creams but the coffee as well. Not to mention, we are placed to a private room which is reserve only for VIP. Its really nice the place.

Hands on bowl

My MIL supposes to feed my son with cereal in the evening as my hubby & I were very busy on that time. My son sure enjoys the cereal even he is feed by his grandma, who seldom feeds him. Who knows that I’m the one to feed him at the end as my BIL asking my MIL to do him a favour. Surely my cheeky son is very excited as mummy is going to spend time feeding him cereal. Due to over excited, he put his palm into the bowl which is still left with quarter portion of cereal when I’m not aware of it. Luckily, he is almost full already. You can imagine how his hands which mess up with cereal are. Poor thing, my maid have to clean it up for me as I’m busy wiping his hands & mouth.

Daddy feeds boy boy

My hubby always misses out the feeding time with my little Edward. I’m sure he must be very excited as he is going to feed Edward. Of course I’m the one to prepare the cereal for my hubby to feed him. I’m sure my hubby enjoys it so much! While I preparing the cereal, my hubby carry him & let him looks on. After that, my hubby let Edward sit on the walker & started feeds him. I never expect my hubby to be that good in feeding Edward, but I can tell you, my hubby really expert on it. My son’s t-shirt doesn’t even have any stains on it. See, how expert is him? Good job, daddy!

Wanna back to own house

Today, we bring Edward back to Butterworth again as my MIL & FIL miss their grandson so much. We try to bring him back more often compare to last time as my MIL complaints that Edward may feel strange with them if we seldom bring him back. Furthermore, he is big enough to sit on the car seat by his own which makes the journey more relaxing as mummy do not need to carry him anymore as before.

When we arrive just now, my MIL comes to our house looking for Edward. My MIL carries him to next door as she wanted to watch her favourite hokkien soap drama. It’s good too as I can get my maid to clean up my room so that Edward may feel comfortable to sleep tonight. So suddenly, that I heard my cheeky son crying in the next door. I do not know why but I feel ok with it as I know my MIL will take good care of him. After a while, my cheeky son is back with his grandma. My MIL tells me that Edward was looking for me & my hubby. Once he steps into our house, he stops crying immediately. Maybe he is still new to the environment especially without mummy & daddy around. I know he may feel better after some warming up.

New maid to come

Since me & my hubby are agree to get a new maid, the agent has no choice but to agree too. She let us choose from a few photos which she said is much more suitable for us. There are two of them which I find suitable too. One is 28 years old without experience, the other one is 22 years old with experience. However the one with experience looks clumsier yet the one without experience looks older than her age. Airy, so hard to make any decision! My hubby leaves this important task to me whether which one I prefer. Honestly, I don’t have any confidence ever since the 1st incidents. How am I going to judge with only a photo? Luckily the agent told me that she is going to Indonesia on next week to hold an interview session with them. I ask her to pay more attention on the 2 girls whom I spotted, hopefully she will help me to get the best maid.

Uncle's “bee ko moi”

I love to eat “bee ko moi” ever since after my confinement. Previously, I seldom take “bee ko moi” as I don’t like the coconut taste. However, the confinement centre there frequently serves us with a bowl of “bee ko moi” during the tea-time which makes me terrible crazy for it. The taste of it was so yummy until I can’t control the flow of my saliva. I miss it very often after back from confinement centre. Then, my colleague, kk, recommend me with a stall of selling nice dessert like “bee ko moi”, bubur kacang, red bean soup & so on which located along Perak Road. The taste was not bad yet the uncle is very friendly too. Therefore, I normally share it with my relatives & colleagues after our lunch as this dessert really yummy! Today, I buy a few packets to share with my colleagues again & one of the colleagues even teases me over “bee ko moi”. I’m not sure whether they like it or not but I still buy it frequently. Hopefully they won’t feel awful to eat it again next time. Guys there, let me know if you all feel awful to have it.

Garden with fruits & flowers

I have a plan for my new house by planting some fruits & flowers in our garden just to beautify our house with some greenish look. One of my elder friend who is very good in planting strawberry & grapes in her house, keen to help me in planting the strawberry at her place 1st. Besides that, I like to plant the berries which in front of my aunty house and some flowers too. I’ll plant those trees in my back yard as there is soil which is very good for growing. For those potty flowers, I’ll place it in the roof top garden for better sunshine. How do you think? Nice? Honestly, I’m not good in planting at all. Hopefully my mother will help me in taking care of those nice plants as my mother love gardening very much.I’m wondering how long it would take to let those trees been fruitful. I would like to taste those nice berries & share it with my friends & relatives. Sound nice, ya?

Looking for daddy

Edward was very clingy not only with me but my hubby too even he seldom spend time with him as my hubby was always busy with his business. I think this must be the nature of love between father and son.

Same as usual, my hubby is coming home late again tonight. It has been around 10:00pm & my son is very sleepy already by rubbing his eye for a few times. However, he still don’t want to sleep even I try to put him into his favourite cradle. He cries and cries no matter how I pat him. I really can’t get when he want until I notice him keep on looks on those clothes of my hubby which hanging behind the door. Aiyo, my little darling, u really makes mummy miserable when you cry for non-stop! Then, I carry him near to those clothes and let him touch it. I tell him that daddy is busy and daddy will not coming home yet. I assure him that once he wakes up the next morning, daddy will be there with him. I even let him get a smell of my hubby shirts. Yiak, so smelly! But, my little darling likes it so much. Maybe this make him feels that daddy is around.

After a while, I try to put him into the cradle again. This time, he really fell asleep. Maybe he was too tired after crying for a while. Hopefully daddy is there in the next morning as I have promise to him. Daddy, try to spend more time for your little darling as he misses you so much. Not only him, I miss you too!

Change of cereal

My son used to take Nestle’s cereal ever since he gets his 1st taste when he reaches 6 months old. He loves to eat it so much & he’ll yell for it when it’s around his cereal time. Recently when I & my hubby shop around in Tesco, we bought him a packet of Heinz’s cereal with banana flavour to let him have a taste of it. However, my mother told me that Edward don’t like it at all by splitting out whenever my mother feed him. I think it must the banana flavour which makes him feel awful to swallow. Since he doesn’t like it, I’m sure not to force him to take it. It’s better to let him stay back to the Nestle’s cereal. Edward, as long as what you like, mummy sure gets it for you. Of course, it must be healthy food for baby to take. Mummy loves you so much!

Planning for holiday

Don’t be mistaken that I’m soon to off for vacation. Surely not me, since hubby said that we must wait until Edward is big enough & able to get rid of his cradle, then only there are vacation for us. Furthermore, hubby was really too busy with his business recently. Ok, back to my topic. Actually, my mother is the one planning for vacation. She takes leaves from me by asking me to take care of Edward when she’s on vacation. It’s good too for my mother to go for vacation since she is still able to walk around. She must enjoy herself too. I think I’ll pay for my mother’s vacation since she is taking care of my son for free. I appreciate those sacrifices of my mother & aunty as both of them not only take good care of me but my son as well. Thank you, both of you were the best in my life.

Looking for food

Edward seems to be very excited & happy during his cereal time. If my mother is going to be too slow, he sure yells for his favourite cereal. When my mother is ready to wait for him aside, my cheeky son will run very fast by his walker towards my mother & open his mouth to request for his favourite cereal. Every time when anyone is preparing his food, he must watch it beside of you which will make you very tension when making the milk or cereal for him. No matter is milky time or cereal time, he sure feeling happy awaited for it. I think this is good too rather than he eat a little only. This is consider good for his daily growing progess.

Discussion with Hubby

I’m waiting for my hubby to come back from work & let’s make a decision together regarding the lousy maid we hire. My hubby who is very supportive towards me all the while surely let me to make my own decision, but I just wanna let him listen to my opinion as he’s the one to pay for the salary of our maid. I told my hubby I really cannot tolerate anymore as the maid seldom obey to my instruction & this making my blood boiling everyday. If I do not change the maid, I’m sure to get high blood pressure in the end. Besides, I have to spend more money on facial as many wrinkles will be appeared everywhere in my face. Finally my hubby told me that he will settle the issue for me. Thank you my darling for your understanding no matter how my demand.

Poor services of Maid Agency

I get to know this maid agency through the recommendation of my beautician when the time I was desperately looking for a maid before my confinement. Therefore I never do any research of the maid agency as I thought everything should be fine but out of my expectation, the maid agency was really terrible. They never do any follow-up with the customer and never feed back to customer’s query. This make me frustrated. Now only I know that how the maid agency cheated their consumer over the maid issue. My advice to those who want to hire a live in maid, it’s better to search for more option in the market before make any decision. It’s better to get opinion from more people around. I’m still waiting for the maid agency to feed back to me & it’s has been around 2 months plus that I’m waiting for her call. See, how excellent is her services towards customer?

Lousy Maid

My maid has been staying with my family for around 6 months plus but her working attitude never change from the 1st day she came. She seldom made you satisfied with her performance no matter how you scold her. She just likes to do whatever in her own way & very hard listen to people advice. She will never admit to her wrong doing but always give us with plenty of excuses. She has been started lazier than before after her probation period as she knows that we will hardly dismissed her anymore. I admitted that my life was very easy without worry of housework with her existence but her attitude really make me headache as she never improve since she’s being staying us. I feel it’s time to change for a new maid as so many chances has been given to her but she never appreciates.

Playing near “Ti Zhu Kong”

My cheeky son love to play around the area of “Ti Zhu Kong” nowadays as claimed by my mother. He would go near to there and trying to get the apples on the floor which catch his interest very much. He will lengthen his hand by standing to a side in his walker just to get closer to the apple. Previously my nephew also loves to play with “Ti Zhu Kong” as what my MIL said that “Ti Zhu Kong” love to play around with kids. Is it true? But my auntie will raise my son’s hand to pay a respect to “Ti Zhu Kong” whenever he plays around there. I think this is the right way too, to guide my son in everyday just to make sure that he knows how to respect others when he grow up.

Sharing moment

I bring the cake that I bought yesterday night to share with my colleague after lunch time. I’m shameful to tell that I’m not that good in cutting cakes into pieces, therefore it might look a bit messy in the box. However, I’m sincerely wanna share this yummy cake with my colleague. I share with them the mango cheese cake which I think it’s much tastier than the white chocolate sponge cake. Unfortunately, one of my colleagues, kk, is not around. If not, I’m sure she will like it too as the smell of cheese was not that thick as it was covered by the smell of mango. However, she rather enjoys her holiday than having a piece of cake. Am I right, kk? Anyway there are many sharing moment to come as we all are still working together! How good if I get the chance for vacation too! Happy Holiday, kk!

Throwing the books

After come back from dinner with my colleague, I would spend most of my available time with my little darling as I’m sure he misses me so much! When he saw me just now, he was really happy & excited for a while but turn his face away after that. I was told by my auntie that he was looking for me after finish his cereal. He knows that mummy always back around that time. When I try to cherish him by giving him the Elmo’s puppet book, he throw it away but ask me to get it back to him by holding my hand while looking on the floor. See, how smart my cheeky son? Is this the way he is going to punish mummy for coming home late? Edward, even mummy is late tonight but mummy’s heart is always there for you. I love you, my little darling!

Dinner with Colleague

After a day of bad mood over my lousy maid, it’s good to have a nice dinner with my colleague. We have make this appointment since last week, therefore I shouldn't’t absent. Sometimes it’s good to have such a gathering, because we can exchange of idea & relax after a day long at work.

My colleague is a guy who is very friendly & hardworking which I hardly see nowadays. We are quite friendly & we have plenty topics to share during our conversation. Maybe it’s because our baby are almost the same age. I enjoy the meal while having a wonderful time of beautiful view in Revolving Restaurant. Thanks for your dinner, my dear friend.

Cake

Eh, don’t be mistaken by these two lovely cakes that anyone in my family is birthday! Yet, mother’s day just over already. Then, what about the cakes? Haha, actually it doesn’t means anything. It’s only a cake to share within my families & friends. I purposely take the picture as I wanted to show everybody how nice & creativity of the baker. Isn’t it looks very nice & yummy?

My hubby purposely came back earlier to fetch me to the cake shop located in Prima Tanjung & bought these two lovely cakes for me. See, my hubby is so romantic at some times. Ops, so sweet & touching! LOL!

The shop has plenty of cakes with variety of design & flavour. All the cakes look so nice & attractive. Honestly, I wish to have all. I’m sure to visit this cake house again to taste all of the flavour. Then I’ll become “fatty boon”. Sob….sob….sob…..

Clingy

Nowadays I try to put more of my time to accompany my son. I’ll play with him, read to him, sing to him and pat him to sleep most of the time unlike previous I normally let him being care under my mum & my auntie. Since then, my son started being clingy with me. He’ll very happy whenever he saw me. Of course he likes his daddy more than me but at least he feels happy being with me when daddy is not around.

It may be good that he’s not that clingy to me so I can have my own sweet time to do whatever I like but I don’t feel so as I love him more & more nowadays. He is very clever in tempting people heart. Even a little movement would really makes mummy melted.

Pampering

My monthly routine to beauty salon or perm parlor never been skipped even I may feel tired at some time especially after given birth to Edward. However, I make it a must in my monthly list as I want to look good & beautiful no matter at what age. Woman tends to easily aged as we have gone through labour & stressful daily life especially those working mummy like me.

I would normally pamper myself with facial treatment, body massage & hair treatment at my favourite salon in every month. The beautician who is very nice & experienced really makes me comfortable. Some of my friends are surprised with how affordable my monthly pampering!

If i got sufficient time, I’ll surely go for spa treatment. However I hardly make it as I need to spend more time with my little darling, as what I promised. How good if my hubby let me set up a spa in our new house in the roof top as what we saw in the show unit? I will surely bring the masseur to my house to do the massage for me. Wow, how wonderful is it!

Mamak stall – Subaidah

We have just bought two lovely cakes from a cake house name Ritz which located in Prima Tanjung. Before going back to my auntie house, my hubby was looking for a place for him to check his mail as he has an urgent mail to reply. However, it’s really a waste to pay for the expensive coffee as both me & my hubby was not coffee lover yet we are very full. My hubby remember that our ex-CM was previously launched the free Wi-Fi in a few area in Penang Island & Tanjung Bungah was one of it. My hubby parks his car in front of Subaidah & searching for the network. So lucky that we’re able to search for it.

Now, I’m starting to blog again while waiting for hubby to check his mail. At least I’m able to write something without wasting my time. Not to mention, I’m having the coconut drink now with some mamak crackers. Yummy!

Cheating

Since my hubby was so nice to me just now, I think I must have something to reward him back. Actually, I’m hoping to persuade my hubby to take those miracle berries as it’s not bad in taste yet it’s has the healing power. Therefore, I purposely tell my hubby that I have bought a box of imported berries at Cold Storage. I told him it’s good to take it with ice-cream. To make him believe me, I even told him that box of berries cost me RM40++. Of course it's FOC as it's the one of the plant in front of my auntie house. He tastes it but his response is too sour. From his emotion, I’m sure that I loose already. He doesn’t like to eat. I think I have to think other ways to persuade him in future.

Firstly, i have to plant the berries in my new house to attract him. Secondly, i may think of other creative ways to make the berries taste nicer. Hopefully, these will help!

Mummy, I don’t like to hear teddy bear!

As in my previous blog, I had stated that the nursery song of “Teddy Bear” makes my little darling cried. I was thought that it was a month ago & my little darling sure forgets about it. I sing him the song again before me & my hubby go out to buy cake. My hubby & I sing along with him until the song of “Teddy Bear”, he immediately make his face not as usual & cried out loudly. I really don’t know why my son doesn’t like this song.

Tang Yuan

My mouth seems to look for something sweet as i’m having sweet tooth ever since I was a little girl. I was thinking of having a bowl of hot sweet “tang yuan”, i.e., glutinous rice ball. However, I was too lazy to drive all the way to the town to get a packet. Beside that, I want to spare more of the time with my cheeky son. Therefore, I have to forgone the “tang yuan”.

My hubby came back from work earlier as he promises to bring me to buy cake in Prima Tanjung. I saw my maid holding a few packets of brown color soup. At first, I thought is “tong sui”. Anyway it’s good too so long I can have something as dessert after dinner. To my surprise, it’s “tang yuan”! How does hubby know that I want to eat “tang yuan”? I don’t even let him know during msn. I question him immediately & he told me that he knows that I always love to eat especially during my pregnancy. Wow, is it that my hubby & me having the six-sense? I think it must be the “love”! It’s just like another “V” day for me & my hubby. I love you, dear!

Berries?

I was told by my mum that our most of our neighbours are planting with a kind of berries which has the healing power for high blood, cholesterol, diabetics, better vision & etc. Wow, what a miracle berries which has so much of benefit for human? My mum told me that a lot of passers by stopped by to plug the berries. A lot of people are aware of the benefit of these berries. Is it that good? However, I ask my mum to get the permission from the owner before plugs the berries. Anyway it’s no harm to get it a try since a lot of people have taken before.

The berry is dark red in colour when it’s totally ripens while lighter in colour when it’s still young. I was told that the leaves are good too by boiling it in water with brown sugar for daily consumption. I take one to taste, erm….. It’s nice too but a little bit of sour just as strawberry. I immediately ask my maid to get the ladder there to plug the berries for me as I wanted to give my hubby a try. Of course I’m going to tell him the berries are all imported which is very expensive. I think it’s good to take it with ice-cream. Not bad huh, my idea? I’m going to charge my hubby more expensive to earn more pocket money for shopping, haha! Am I that bad?

Daddy or Mommy?

My son used to play with me every night & it’s really fun being with him even his is too small to really play with me. It’s me who try to make him laugh at most of the time, but he also entertain mummy with his unexpected funny act which make us burst out with laugh. Sometimes, I did teach him ABC or sing nursery rhymes along with him. That’s makes my daily routine more interesting even I may feel tired at times.

Daddy joins in with us when we are having our fun time together. My cheeky son sure happy to see his daddy around which makes him jump up & down and smile with his daddy for non-stop. I think my boy do know how to treasure the moment share with daddy as his daddy was too busy nowadays.

We pass him to my auntie when my hubby want to have his dinner & I wanted to accompany my hubby. I think this make my little darling a bit out of mood as mummy & daddy wanna spend time “pak thor”. When we back to play with him, both of us raise our hand to carry him so coincidence. Did you know who my little darling chooses? You must be surprised to know that my little darling chooses to have his daddy instead of mummy who plays with him every night. How sad is mummy deep inside my heart! Maybe my little darling knows that it’s hard being with daddy as daddy always busy at most of the time, therefore he must grab this opportunity & treasure it as how he can.

Catch you, my big bro!

Ever since my son excels in riding on his walker, he loves to walk here & there as I mention before. But we never bring the walker back to BW because it’s quite troublesome for us to bring it back when our car was full with the things of my little darling. Yet, we manage to bring it back on yesterday! I’m sure that my son must be very happy & excited to show off his riding skill in front of his grandpa, grandma, uncle, auntie & his big bro.

I ask my maid to bring over the walker to next door when we are going there to enjoy our breakfast as my MIL fried our favorite maggi mee. It’s good to let my son “explore” in my MIL house while I can enjoy my yummy meal as long as he don’t mess up the things in my MIL place.

He’s quite enjoying playing with his big bro as he smile all the time as if he really knows how to play. See, both of them playing together happily over a corner without any noise which makes us really relax. However, my MIL still keep on looking at both of them as my nephew’s hand is holding crayons which makes my MIL scared that he may use the crayon to poke into my son’s eye. Erm….., luckily everything is fine. But we never thought that my 6 months + baby is going to chase after his big bro from behind which lead his big bro have to ran away to a corner where my cheeky son couldn't reach him as there’s a single stairs which my son’s walker can’t move forward. Pretty clever of my nephew that he manage to protect himself!

I was eager to look forward how my son is going to be when he grown up. I just hope that he’s obedient & of course healthy. How good would it be if added with some “intelligence”? Is mummy being too greedy?

Up little Baby!

I’m still not that good in bathing my son as he loves to move around his head these days & turn his body as well. If given a choice, surely I won’t involve as I scared it might hurt my little darling. My mum is the one who bath him every day while my MIL is the one who bath my son when we back in BW since came back from confinement centre. I only bath him once in a blue moon when my mum & my Mil are not around. Actually I love to bath him as this is part of the mothering moment but I really out of confidence. Hopefully when he grows older, I might get chances to bath him.

When MIL bath him this morning, my cheeky son seems like a fish that twist & turn his body which makes my MIL bath him in difficulty. At that time I was sitting beside the little bath tub when my MIL told me that how good if my son manage to stand up so she can bath him more easily. Did you know what's the next response when my little darling heard of this? Haha, he immediately stands up & looked at both of us showing off his new skill. How good if daddy is around to share this special moment as daddy went out for football this morning. Never mind lar, I’m sure there are a lot of coming up special moment!

Kung Fu Boy

My MIL always tells me that my son looks rather naughty than his eldest grandson. I was so curious to know whether it's true? My MIL said that my son’s face looks fierce but cheeky. It could be true but who knows since he’s only 6 months +. My hubby said it could be if inherited from both his daddy & mummy! Really?

Did you know what happen just now when my MIL brings my son to her house in next door? My son, a 6 months old baby, kick his cousin when his cousin wanted to stay close with him. Actually I had notice before that my son turn away his face when his cousin wanted to kiss him even I know that his cousin maybe too rough while playing with him. My nephew who is only 2 years +, is too small to understand how to loves his little cousin yet. Maybe my little darling felt uncomfortable when his cousin wants to stay close with him. Edward, you must know how to loves your cousin as both of you are most close to each other.

How if they grown up to fight with each other? What am I going to do? How am I going to guide him? Aiyo, why so many negative thoughts in my mind? Anyway, we are going to move into our new house end of this year. I believe they will stay close to each other when they grown up if they stay apart with each other like what most people says, “easy being together but hard to live in”. They must have appreciate every moments they share together!

Wi-Fi in everywhere

I & my hubby decided to have our lunch at Gurney as we can utilize our lunch time by using Wi-fi services provided by most of the restaurants there. I was really tired & hungry as I have to work on this Saturday! Honestly, I hate working on Saturday!

I opt to have my lunch at Manila Place as the environment is not bad while the food is yummy too especially the pita bread with smoke salmon! Yumm….. It’s hard to get a nice seat there as there are a lot of people using the Internet services while having their meal just like me. I used to bring a long my laptop with me these days as I love blogging so much. My auntie house still not yet installing the streamyx & I spend most of the time there as my little darling is currently staying in my auntie place.

I manage to post my blog & do some surfing while my hubby can do his work & check our mail at the same time enjoying our meal. Unfortunately, the pita bread with smoke salmon is only available for breakfast. How good if no need to work on this morning, surely I can enjoy it for my breakfast.

After our lunch, I notice that a lot of people with their laptop on the table when I walk through the Gurney Walk. It’s good for those restaurants offering such an extra services to attract customer. If I were to own a restaurant, sure am I to offer this kind of service.

Another Baby?

Ops, my heart beating so fast as if running marathon when my friend ask me when to have another baby. Honestly, I never thought of it even I do ask my hubby the same question before. How can it be so fast as I’m just recovering from my previous pregnancy & I haven’t ready yet. My body line really out of shape & I’m trying very hard to get back to my desire shapes.

For sure the main reason is I want to give my priority to my little darling as he is still very small & deserves all the love from mummy & daddy. I want to go through every early milestone with him step by step without any interfere. My hubby was very busy recently as I told before that my hubby is keep on expanding his business. I agreed to my hubby that having the 2nd baby when my little darling is big enough in understanding, hopefully he was not that clingy to me at that time. Besides, we are going to be very busy at end of this year as we are going to move into our new house & a lot of works are waiting for us to complete. It’s good too that I still have some time spending for shopping, traveling & blogging of course! Hehehe!

Beauty Pageant

When I went shopping for Mothers’ Day present last week, I found that a lot of shopping complex are holding beauty contest for mother. Aiyo, I missed out the chance to take part as I’m upgraded to mother too in this year! I’m just kidding lar as I don’t have the confidence to walk in front of the crowded audience. I’m the type who is very shy shy one yet I don’t have a beautiful look with nice body shape to kill.

Home Interior Design

I was so surprise to find out that one of my friends is now venture into the business of interior design. He was previously involved in the printing line. Wow, I think I can get a second opinion from him other than the friend of my hubby. However, i’m not sure how much he’s going to charge me. Hehe, hopefully it’s free for consultation.

He roughly estimated the renovation cost for my new house upon the size of my house which cost us around 150-200k. It’s kinda expensive too! How if I add in for furnishing? Wow, the amount must crack my hubby’s head! My dear, you have to work double harder than before.

Actually I’m not bad in designing too as I had bought a CD of interior design during my school days. I love to use the software to help me with my dream design & the result is not bad. Didn't i mention that my second ambition is to become a top designer. However I’m really run out of time recently as there are a lot of pending jobs await for me to finish it 1st. Designing job does demand a lot of time and there are a lot of criteria to consider too. Besides that, I don’t think I can easily search for the material that I wanted due to in-experience. Of course I know I can always get through on-line as there are more options to choose from with better bargain but this can be very time consuming. Yet, the house is 4 storeys! I don’t think I have such a time to design all 4 storeys at the same time I have to take care of my little darling. After a long consideration, I think it’s better to let others to earn as I’m not in this profession. I might request my previous contractor to quote me as his finishing was not bad too. It’s better to let others do while giving my opinion to them which can really save time & move in on time. Anyway, I just hope for a simple yet comfortable house to live in with my hubby & my little darling.

The Next Acrobatic

How surprise was I when I saw what was Edward doing just now! He twists & turn his body 90° to the back when my auntie carry him while my mummy having her dinner. He was really cheeky & always makes those cheeky faces & actions to attract your attention nowadays.

Mummy was too envy of his act & this keep mummy in mind to send Edward to learn gymnastic when he grow bigger. Wow, can’t imagine that my son is the next world gymnastic player! Ops, day dreaming again! My son is only 6 months plus!

Acrobatic was not bad too as it’s quite popular nowadays in Malaysia such as trampoline & tumbling. There are a lot of competitions throughout the year and they provide better career too. I want my Mummy

I immediately walk into the kitchen after say Hi to my son when I back from office this evening as mummy was too excited to get a taste of the vegetarian dumpling which I bought from a friend in my office.

I ask my maid to prepare for me while I busy chit chat with my auntie of how nice was the dumpling. Suddenly I heard my son yelled out loudly for non stop no matter how my mum pacifies him. There only I realise that my son is looking for mummy’s attention as he felt neglected. Oh dear, mummy was too careless that mummy has neglect you. Sorry!!

Edward has started being clingy to mummy recently as mummy has spent most of the time with him after back from office. He stopped yelling after I carry him. Actually, mummy feels so sweet deep inside mummy’s heart as my son has started looking for mummy! Edward, mummy is proud of your progress as what every mummy do. I love you, Edward!

Back to Cereal

We had stopped Edward from taking cereal for two days since Wednesday as he was having slight fever. Yet, Edward was out of appetite too!

I found that his fever was slightly subsided after taken medicine for twice. Therefore I tell my mum to let him having his favourite cereal as mummy had promised my little darling that once his fever subsided, mummy will let him having his cereal back as normal routine. That’s what my boy’s favourite. I’m sure he misses it so much.

It’s lucky that I get back on time to see him having back his cereal this afternoon. I know my little darling was waiting for me. You can’t imagine the way he demands for the cereal! He jumped up & down and yelled for cereal once he finishes each every spoonful. It’s really fast until my mum was unable to meet his demand on time. That’s really makes him frustrated when my mum was too slow, he’ll cried out loudly. Pity of my mum has to act so fast as her grandson was too demanding.

However we are so happy to see him back to his appetite. At least we can take a deep breath after two days of worries. It’s ok to see my son being too active so long as my son is healthy.

Jelly

I promised my hubby to give him a surprise yesterday as he has work very hard for our future. I think now is the time to reward him with something much valuable than those getting from the shops. I think twice & finally made up my mind to make him a homemade jelly which is fun in shapes.

I remembered the last time I made the jelly was 2 years back. I used to make my hubby jelly during our courtship. He’s a jelly lover! He loves to eat whatever jelly I made for him. He manages to wallop 3-4 trays in one time. Now you can understand why I have to make more than 30 trays each time & you must be surprise to find out that all can be finished within 2 days. What makes my jelly so tasty? The trick is the golden peaches & its syrup. That’s how I tied my hubby’s heart during our courtship that makes him crazy of me. Hehehehehe!

My hubby was so happy & he enjoyed it so much even his tummy is really full. See, men always treasure those things which are hard to get. I mustn’t make it too frequently so as to make him appreciate more. Hahahaha! Anyway, I’m going to make it again next week as it’s really too nice to pop inside my mouth. I, myself like it so much! Not to mention that I’m a good cook too1LOL!

Update on fever

Edward is still sleeping when I reach home in the afternoon but I quickly take the temperature while he sleeping. My mum told me that he was quite active today. He walks with the help of walker from the living hall to the kitchen then proceeds to every room of the house. He’s even pulling everything that catches his attention. I feel better to know that he’s doing fine today.

Edward wakes up when I having my lunch. I give him the medicine after he finishes his milk. I wish my son is healthy rather than everything. I think that’s what every parents wish for.

My dear Edward, mummy knows that you are uncomfortable, but mummy is always there for you. Mummy will sleep with you and take a good care of you tonight so that you’ll recover very soon.

Fever

Edward wakes up quite early this morning and he smiles at me when I called his name. He loves to crawl around the bed while waiting for my mum to prepare his milk. I’m so happy to see him plays actively this morning.

I call my mum from the office as I’m still quite worry of him. My mum told me that my hubby has given Edward the fever medicine after taking his temperature. My goodness, its 37.5! I immediately call the paediatrician to get his advice. The nurse told me it’s ok & not to worry as we have gave him the medicine. She has advised us to monitor Edward’s temperature at every 4 hourly. Hopefully he’s ok when I back for lunch later.

Still Blues.........

Edward is still having slight fever when I get back from my English lesson yesterday. My mum told me that he was active playing around the whole afternoon and finish his milk in the afternoon. However, I found that he was quietly sitting on the rocker without any smile. That’s really make mummy worry & sad!

I tried to make him laugh by making all funny faces in front of him but what keep his interest is playing with the beads of my dress. I really hope that Edward will be fine tomorrow & just be playful as always.

Finally around 9.30pm, he had request for milk. I fed him milk after gave him a change. He was sleepy so he did not finish the milk. Then I put him into the cradle & pat him to sleep. He did not sleep well that night. Good Night my little Darling, mummy wish to see you smile again! God bless you, my little darling.

Baby Blues......

My son seems to be out of mood when i back for lunch this afternoon. My mum told me that both his cheek are reddish & his body was a little warm. His daddy was helping him to cast the temperature early this morning and the result is 38’, slightly higher than before but still considering ok. My mum ask me to take the temperature again but it’s better for this time as its only 36.2.However, we are quite worry about it. Therefore we do not let him having his cereal for the lunch as my mum said it’s heaty to take cereal comparing to milk.

Normally Edward will keep on jumping on his walker whenever I came home, just to welcome his mummy! Then, Edward did not jump nor smile at all. He just sits there quietly. I’m so pity of him. I carry him and give him a few pecks of kisses on his cheek. I hope he understand that mummy truly love him and always there for him. I try to feed him milk but he just reluctant to drink even it’s more than 4 hrs after his last feed. I think he’s out of appetite as same as adult do when we sick. Finally I notice that his tummy is bloated with wind & I ask my mum to apply some oilmen on his tummy.

“Kuan Yin Pu Sa, if you can listen to my prayers, please let my son recover as fast as he can! Thank you.”

Mummy wish that my little Edward is as energy as before. Mummy love you so much, my little darling!

Pony Tail

As time passing, my cheeky son is now 6 months+. He has grown taller than before.Not to mention the size of his head did increase as well. He was very expert in walking in the walker & he’ll pull whatever things that catch his attention whenever he passing by.

Last night when I was busy blogging, I feel that somebody pulled my little pony from the back. I turned my head behind & saw my hubby carried my little Edward just behind me. Then I guess you all know who the one is pulling my pony tail from the back. He will give me a smile as I looked at him. I told him it’s so painful & asked him stop pulling it. Hahaha, worsen than before. He pulled my hair from the top again & again, and that’s really pain! He will laugh out louder whenever I make my painful face towards him. See, my son didn’t pity of mummy at all.

He turned away his face when I pretend to scold him but looked for me when I stop nagging. Anyway, all of us was too happy and burst out with tears as we laugh when we saw his act. How cheeky my son was!

Throwing Tantrum-Innocence!

My son who used to drink milk on most of the night wake up as usual for milk on yesterday night.He cried to get our attention as me & my hubby were both sleep very tight Zzz.However my hubby was too tired to wake up to get him the milk.My hubby try to pat him & give him pacifier as an alternative.

Edward was not satisfied at all & he keep on crying until his daddy wake up to make him milk.Poor thing, you must be very hungry! i carry him out from the cradle & pacify him with a pat. This does not stop him from crying. Luckily my hubby who was very fast in action get him the milk in time. i thought he would stop crying,but he seems like still crying at no end. My hubby has no choice but keep on pat him until he falls asleep.Me & my hubby thought that he was too bad tempered at this little age.

In the morning, did you know what's my mum going to find out?He found that Edward poo poo in his diaper & all were dried up already.Poor thing!How pity of my son that his mummy & daddy were too careless in taking care of him.Mummy apologies,"I'm sorry my dear Edward!".

Mothers' Day Present

Once in a year that everyone celebrating Mothers' Day in May!I think this is the most crowded time at restaurants & shopping mall.They are going to earn huge profit on this special day even discounts were given out from most of the shops.

Therefore i seldom buy present for my mum, my auntie & my MIL as I'll prefer to give them angpow so they can get whatever they like with their own preference.However, i bought a set of white gold jewellery for my MIL as she has deserve it for so long. The set comprising of a pair of earring, a pendent & a ring with gem. I felt that is quite nice to wear on & suitable for my MIL at her age. i hope she like it,that's all.
