Ice-ice Baby

It’s Saturday again and this is the time for daddy to bring us go “kai kai”. Edward & mummy are both very happy of it as we can go to Auto-City for delicious food. As normal, we went there after dinner. This time we go to ice-ice Baby. Therefore, we order those light food such as pan cakes, ice-cream, mini pizza & etc. Edward is now able to sit on his own; therefore we can enjoy the food very much! But, grandpa always wanna carry him & play with him. Before we leave, I give Edward a bottle of milk & he finish off very fast. I am the one enjoy the ice-cream very much!

Fathers Day Celebration at E&O

I’m just back from celebrating Fathers’ Day at E & O hotel. It’s such a good place for celebration as they serve with varieties of international food together with free flow of wine & beer.

We arrive there quite early, but to my surprise, it’s full of guests already! We went there together with my in-laws too as my hubby wanna treats his dad’s with nice dinner. (this’ll always make me thinking of my father! How if he’s still alive? i think I’ll never miss to celebrate with him. I miss my dad so much!) Edward is behaving well too but he reluctant to sit on the high chair (he made his crying face when he was sitting facing the “ang moh”. Maybe he feels scary of the “ang moh”), therefore we have to take turns to carry him. He enjoys his milky time at the lobby there as there is less noise there. Edward does enjoy the cheese cake too!

After paying the bill, hubby & my FIL get the mug of E&O each. It’s not bad too as there are a little present for the fathers. I think I’ll treat hubby a nice dinner for this Fathers’ Day as I really have no idea on what to buy for him. Hopefully, he is happy with it!

At least, Edward is the best present for him in this year! Hooray……………!

It’s Haagen Dazz time again!!!!!

Mummy is the one who always thinking about Haagen Dazz, as mummy cannot resist the smooth & creamy ice-cream with chocolate! Since daddy will be late for dinner tonight, why not mummy brings my lil prince with my aunty for the ice-cream treats? Yet, my aunty is the chocolate lovers too. (so long that I din bring my aunty for any special treats)

There’s drizzling outside but I still insist to go there but we are very lucky as the rain stop when we reach there. (I pray so hard for the rain to stop in the car) I’m surely order my favourite chocolate dip even there are two of us only. (never mind lar, mummy & kor poh sure can finish it) My son gets very excited when he looks on those ice-cream displays in the counter. He jumped up & down for non-stop when we get ourselves a seat there. Too poor that the baby chair is too big, therefore I have to carry him while enjoying my favourite yummy ice-cream. Even my aunty is willing to take turns for carrying Edward but I insist of carry him by myself as I want my aunty to fully enjoy her ice-cream.

It’s really nice to bring Edward out so he may not feel shy when meets with stranger, yet he can explore with new things that comes to him. Happy Haagen Dazz Day!!!!

Playing with Marcus koko

This little cranky is started knowing how to play along with his cousin, Marcus koko. For them, they are still so small to understand each other but there are ways for them to communicate. Marcus really a big boy already comparing with Edward. Marcus sayang Edward so much that he always wanted to give a peck of kiss to my son. However, my son doesn’t like the way he kiss him by turning away his face. Sometime I really feel so sorry to see Edward turn away Marcus especially to his parent. Yet, today both of them really enjoy playing together! Marcus is willing to share his toys with Edward even at sometimes he’ll reluctant to lend Edward. Anyway, at overall, they are happy! Marcus can push Edward’s walker from here to there while ah kong looks on. Edward will chase over Marcus from the back too! Both of them are laughing happily in my house’s living hall. So poor that my living hall is just too small that is pack of furniture. There’s no space for them running around too. How good if we are moving to the new house with spacious living hall. I’m sure that they must enjoying better.

Fun time at Haagen Dazz

See, I must be fall in love with Haagen Dazz! i keep on telling hubs that how yummy the taste of ice-cream from Haagen Dazz. I wish my son would get a chance to have a taste! Finally after dinner, hubby plans to bring us there together with my in-laws & maid. Surely we are not driving all the way to Bellisa Roll in Penang. We just go to the Haagen Dazz in Auto City. Honestly tell you, the environment there are much more comfortable with all the glass windows around. We can look through the window for outside view. Comparing with the one in Penang, this one are more crowded with customers. This is the first time I have been there & they do provide Wi-Fi service too. Hubby is happy with it as he can follow up with his incoming mail without wasting time while enjoying the yummy ice-cream. Real cool!

I order a set of chocolate dip & mocha coffee for my MIL who doesn’t like chocolate. How waste that she does not know how to appreciate the thick & creamy chocolate with ice-cream & fruits. As hubby is so busy replying mail while FIL busy entertained my little cheeky, I’m the one end up to finish all! Oh no……fat fat fat again! Geee…how can I resist such temptation? Err…….!
My son surely gets a few spoonful of ice-cream feeding by his grandpa. Not to mention that this little fella enjoying a small piece if sponge cake as well. He’ even demands for more & more. With the help of grandpa, my little darling manages to stand on the sofa while playing with the flyers on the rack behind the sofa. He really enjoy until forget of his milky time that he usually request for it around that time. Surely, mummy never forgets it. I make him a bottle of milk & feed him over there before going home. He bottom-up his milk & drinks a lot of water too. I know he is very sleepy after having his milk but he still wanna play with grandpa. However, he sleep all the way home once we get into the car.

Pamper by ah kong

Edward only back to Butterworth once a week or twice in a month as I have to work on every alternate Saturday. My in-laws always urge me & hubby to bring him home more often so Edward will be much closer with them. I know they love my little darling so much but what to do if I have to work? It’s really tired to bring him home as we have to pack a lot of his things together with his favourite walker.
Every time when we are home, my in-law sure waited for this little darling. My FIL will forgone of his “night life” with friends to accompany his darling grandson. He will carry him, play with him & take him a stroll in the garden. See, how “hang fuk” my little darling! We usually bring Edward with my in-laws for some fun time in Auto-City and all of us enjoy so much. My FIL even feed Edward with whatever nice to eat. Surely this little cranky is happy with it as mummy always control of his food’s intake. So long the portion is not that much, mummy is ok with it as mummy do not want to spoil the mood of a grandpa who always pamper his grandson.

Fun time at Swenson

My hubby who is very busy all these day, only able to spend time with me & Edward during weekend. Therefore, we treasure it so much! Since we are living in Butterworth during weekend, its really tired for us to travel to Penang just for having dinner or simply walk around. We mostly went to Auto-City in Juru as there are just like a heaven of food. A lot of famous restaurants such as Sushi King, Nondos, Flames, Haagen Dazz & etc. are available there.

This Saturday, my hubby brings me, Edward, my MIL & FIL together with my maid to Swenson which is a place famous by its ice-cream. The ice cream really yummy! We get ourselves the chocolate dip while my maid enjoying her banana split. Surely my little darling gets a few tastes of those yummy ice-creams. The cherries are really eye catching as my sons wanna grab it from his grandpa when he shows him.

Anyway it’s really fun for all of us at Swenson as we not only enjoying the yummy ice-creams but the coffee as well. Not to mention, we are placed to a private room which is reserve only for VIP. Its really nice the place.

Planning for holiday

Don’t be mistaken that I’m soon to off for vacation. Surely not me, since hubby said that we must wait until Edward is big enough & able to get rid of his cradle, then only there are vacation for us. Furthermore, hubby was really too busy with his business recently. Ok, back to my topic. Actually, my mother is the one planning for vacation. She takes leaves from me by asking me to take care of Edward when she’s on vacation. It’s good too for my mother to go for vacation since she is still able to walk around. She must enjoy herself too. I think I’ll pay for my mother’s vacation since she is taking care of my son for free. I appreciate those sacrifices of my mother & aunty as both of them not only take good care of me but my son as well. Thank you, both of you were the best in my life.

Cake

Eh, don’t be mistaken by these two lovely cakes that anyone in my family is birthday! Yet, mother’s day just over already. Then, what about the cakes? Haha, actually it doesn’t means anything. It’s only a cake to share within my families & friends. I purposely take the picture as I wanted to show everybody how nice & creativity of the baker. Isn’t it looks very nice & yummy?

My hubby purposely came back earlier to fetch me to the cake shop located in Prima Tanjung & bought these two lovely cakes for me. See, my hubby is so romantic at some times. Ops, so sweet & touching! LOL!

The shop has plenty of cakes with variety of design & flavour. All the cakes look so nice & attractive. Honestly, I wish to have all. I’m sure to visit this cake house again to taste all of the flavour. Then I’ll become “fatty boon”. Sob….sob….sob…..
